How do I check the status of my order?
Login to your account, click on My Orders to get all details.
How can I track my order shipment?
Orders, once processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment / tracking number, commonly referred to as the AWB number. You can track as below:
- Go to the service provider’s website
- Type in the tracking number provided in the mail/order confirmation message in the Tracking section and check the status
How do I redeem a coupon?
Once you have shortlisted the product you wish to buy, select the size & colour, click Add to Bag and view your cart. Here you can enter your discount/coupon code, click on apply code, and follow the rest of the instructions to place your order.
How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?
You will receive an email confirmation from Tvastr once your order is successfully placed. The mail will have all the details related to your order.
How soon will my order update to ‘Delivered’ in my Tvastr account?
Please allow 24 hours post-delivery of your order for your order status to be updated in your Tvastr account.
What is the minimum and maximum number of days to deliver a product?
Tvastr thrive to deliver your door at your door step at the earliest, with our shipping and delivery partner we expect to deliver your product in minimum 7 business days to maximum 14 business days depending on the pin code. Please note, customised orders may take longer to ship.
